Options

Update PUT defaults based on review 

- Remove defaults for managed and enabled in project clusters when PUT
- Remove defaults for managed and enabled in group clusters when PUT
- Remove defaults for managed and enabled in instance clusters when PUT
- Update docs based on previous changes
