This fixes the deprecation messages showing up because
we are using autoload in initializers

There is now easy way to not autoload in initializers
because we load a lot of application code there

One side-effect of this is that autoload_paths is now
frozen when running the initializers. We don't mutate
autoload_paths here anyway so this should be fine

simplified the maintenance story for Elasticsearch record hooks.
However, we missed two places where `ElasticIndexWorker` was enqueued
directly instead of going through the new hooks.

When https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/merge_requests/24298 is
merged, it will introduce significantly more conditionality into these
hooks, so it's important that every part of GitLab uses them.

When exposing Namespace#pages_virtual_domain it eventually delegates
`private_pages?` to `project_feature`, and needs `route` for
`full_path`. Preloading these two associations avoids N+1 queries
problem.
