	a) NULL noise removal
	b) %p pointer instead of %x (int)pointer in printks
	c) missed iovec->kvec replacements (basically, fixing merge problems)
	d) fixed type for (unused) last argument in doc_{read,write}_ecc()
	e) sanitized some comparisons.
