    Pull workqueue updates from Tejun Heo:
     "Lai has been doing a lot of cleanups of workqueue and kthread_work.
      No significant behavior change.  Just a lot of cleanups all over the
      place.  Some are a bit invasive but overall nothing too dangerous"
