[PATCH] ppc64: update pSeries_defconfig

Update pSeries_defconfig.  This config should better cover POWER5 systems
with SPLPAR spinlocks, IPR SCSI, NR_CPUS = 128, NUMA, HVCS, and irq stacks
enabled, VSCSI and VETH as modules.
