[ARM PATCH] 1908/1: Remove old OMAP header files

Patch from Tony Lindgren

This patch removes the following old files that have been renamed:
   include/asm-arm/arch-omap/omap-h2.h
   include/asm-arm/arch-omap/omap-innovator.h
   include/asm-arm/arch-omap/omap-perseus2.h

The new names for the files are board-*.h.
