[PATCH] m32r: Use kmalloc for m32r stacks

- Use kmalloc for m32r stacks (cf. changeset 1.1046.533.10)
- Update for CONFIG_DEBUG_STACK_USAGE

This modification was taken from include/asm-i386/thread_info.h.
