staging: fsl-mc: consistently use EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL()

The bus driver is mixing EXPORT_SYMBOL()/EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL() usage.
Change it to consistently use EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL().
