[SCSI] fusion-kfree-cleanup

This patch is originally From: Jesper Juhl <juhl-lkml@dif.dk>

This patch gets rid of redundant NULL checks prior to calling kfree() in
drivers/message/* There are also a few small whitespace changes in there.
