    transaction.cc whenever appropriate
  * wsrep_thd_is_brute_force() now investigates only thd->wsrep_exec_mode
  * More comments and debug time assertions
  * Debug code to check that wsrep position stored in InnoDB is
    monotinically increasing. Enabled with UNIV_DEBUG
