10.5 tests for MDEV-26507 Assertion `tmp != ((long long) 0x8000000000000000LL)' failed in TIME_from_longlong_datetime_packed

The fix for MDEV-27673 (in 10.3) fixed MDEV-26507 as well.
This patch only adds MTR tests.
