BitKeeper/etc/ignore:
  added storage/maria/maria_log.*
include/pagecache.h:
  Always have enum PAGECACHE_EMPTY_PAGE available
  (Simpler code)
storage/maria/ma_bitmap.c:
  Reset 'debugging' bitmap when creating new one (fixes valgrind warning)

  Removed duplicate (wrong) initialization
  Reset not initialized variable
