Bug #20168526 YASSL: CORRUPT SSL-KEY CRASHES CLIENT

Post-push fix: broken build on windows.
The problem is min/max macros from windows.h
which interfere with a template function callex max.

Solution: ADD_DEFINITIONS(-DNOMINMAX)
