MDEV-327: SHOW EXPLAIN: Different select_type in plans produced by SHOW EXPLAIN and EXPLAIN

- SHOW EXPLAIN actually produced correct plan
- Apply fix for lp:1013343 to make EXPLAIN and SHOW EXPLAIN uniform.
