WL#3208 (Adding TAP support):

Making it portable to non-gcc compilers by defining __attribute__
macro for non-gcc compilers.


unittest/mytap/Doxyfile:
  Expanding macros while generating documentation.
unittest/mytap/tap.h:
  Defining __attribute__ macro for non-gcc builds.
