[t:4277] fix clang compilation warning and make orthopush-flush faster

clang complains about a variable-length static array in a struct, this is nonstandard decrease the nodesize and bn size of orthopush-flush, this makes it run a lot faster without losing effectiveness git-svn-id: file:///svn/toku/tokudb@43465 c7de825b-a66e-492c-adef-691d508d4ae1
