Added PURGE BINARY LOGS as synonym for PURGE MASTER LOGS.
Removed PURGE LOGS (now PURGE MASTER LOGS).

Note: tests key_cache.test hanged, rpl_log_pos.test, rpl_rotate_logs.test failed for me.
