Add a simple PLC program that will over each 100 PLC cycle iterations increase OPC-Ua node's value. Useful for testing.

Make compilator configurable so that we can compile source code on different platforms (ArmV7 or x86).

Allow to run OPC_Ua serer in a virtual mode without real read / writes over I2C to MOD-IOs. Usefull for pure testing on x86 platform where I2C support is missing or simple not needed.
