Separate root and subscriber SRs

Print drone logs in the GUI if debug mode is enabled
Split root, subscriber and drone SRs to only compile required components
Add position timestamps in the GUI
Rename subinstance to avoid conflicts
Set interval between executions of the flight script loop as a parameter
