Add new states for Data Stream and Data Set so we can have a more complex security models (based on DMS' publication_workflow).

This enables the default policy of Wendelin's data lake of "All can read but only authenticated can contribute."

Add two new bt5s and re-create the default configuration used for wendelin in both Scalability and Deployment tests.

By default enable automatic approval of credential requests if Wendelin's data lake bt5 is installed.
Add also proper warning accordingly.

Be explicit rather than implicit (not speifying argument lead to wrong argument being assigned and error in code).
