bootstrap - update to 108946
helpers extend a bit the helper with options so we can reuse it in RPM generation
hooks - reorganise internal structure
instance-profiles - put CMF products in top of its location

recipes We need different binaries depending on the architecture

templates install in /opt/erp5/version instead of /opt/erp5-version
IGNORE.TXT - z3c.recipe.openoffice uses own local cache, it shall be ignored
