We expect test to not return a value from cache, so make this value be
really different from what test searches.

We stop waiting for AnswerInformationLocked when a disconnection is detected.
So handling AnswerInformationLocked on a closed connection is not needed.

This fixes a bug where, if current time was more than a minute before
_last_tid, returned TID would be decreasing because gmt is reused in
collision resolution code instead of reading _last_tid's date.

Move startup code to ThreadedPoll class.
Refcount-ish based would be better, so add a TODO (idea: browse existing
