[Build/Dependencies] added a comparision for setuptools.Extension class, since distutils.Extension is an old-style class,
which is not comparable that way.

This will be useful for, e.g., implementing a fake cythonize that
can leverage the deductions made by the real cythonize, but could
have other uses as well.

Also extend glob to support bash {a,b,c} notation (needed for Cythonize script).
