NXP MC release 10.37.0 added official support for switching serdes
between 10 and 25G network speed.
This is currently only supported on LX2162 Clearfog!

Upgrade all configurations to the new MC firmware.

Tested on:
- Clearfog CX (SD=8_5_2)
- Half-Twins (SD=8S_9_2)
- LX2162 Clearfog (SD=18_9_0)
