Update software.cfg: This version of cryptography does have a setup.py file, but we need setuptools-rust (they advise to update pip, which I will try next if this here fails)

Update software.cfg: Trying another version (this one does not have a setup.py file) of cryptography that might hopefully work.

Update software.cfg, because cryptography>40.0.1 is required for asyncua. Also specified a version for asyncua, we want to make sure it will work in the future.

CPU load can spike significantly thus it is unpredictable the timeout.
To be on safe side and avoid false positives increase timeout.
