In r23242, the type of the portal was tested instead of the type of the context. Restore this and add some comments about how this script should behave when deleting templates inside a preference.

In Folder_delete, use portal_categories.getRelatedPropertyList(property_name='relative_url') instead of [related_object.getRelativeUrl() for related_object in portal_categories.getRelatedValueList()] to prevent Unauthorized that may happen while getting attribute from related_object in restricted environment.

Change AccountingTransaction_isDestination/SourceCurrencyConvertible so that conversion tab is always visible when conversion is set on lines, even if the resource is the same as the section's accounting currency.
Change accounting workflow to refuse validation of a transaction if conversion is set on lines (to a value different from quantity) when it should not be.
