objtool: Shrink reloc->sym_reloc_entry

Convert it to a singly-linked list.

With allyesconfig + CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO:

- Before: peak heap memory consumption: 38.64G
- After:  peak heap memory consumption: 36.89G
