EventGenerator brought to a more generic state, where the arguments of the method are passed as a dict

very first version of an event generator object. This can be called in fixed intervals and generate some events

optimiser updated to control if a solution randomly created has already been tested. If this is the case it does not call the optimiser

Job output updated so that also the delay is outputted. This is done only if a dueDate was given, and delay=compleationTime-dueDate
